The general dress code for the GMA National Conference will be neat, casual business attire, business shirts preferred (for men) though polo shirts are acceptable. Ties and/or jackets are not required during plenary sessions.
Opening Cocktail Party – Neat, casual attire
Opening and Closing Dinners – Semi-formal attire (for men, this includes jacket, tie optional). No denim.
Golf – Neat, golfing attire only. Denim and metal spiked golf shoes are not permitted at either golf course. For men wearing shorts, short plain white socks are permitted to be worn at both golf courses.
Supporters Dinner at Magill Estate – Cocktail / Business attire, jacket tie optional.
Delegates, sponsors and exhibitors are representing the golf industry and it is expected that all attendees dress in an appropriate manner at all times.
For delegates staying at the Intercontinental Hotel, a full breakfast buffet, including a thoughtfully selected spread of yoghurts, fruits, cereals as well as hot and cold breakfast options, is included in your accommodation package. Breakfast will be available in the Riverside Restaurant every morning.
For those delegates not staying at the Intercontinental, you will need to make your own arrangements for breakfast.
Coffee will be available in the Exhibition Space at the Adelaide Convention Centre from Tuesday to Thursday. Please check the program for opening times.
The Conference Registration Desk will be located in the West Foyer of the Adelaide Convention Centre.
Our conference management team, All Occasions Management, will be staffing the registration desk from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday, 8th October, and from 7:00am to 11:00am on Monday, 9th October.
Make sure you register during these times to collect your lanyard/name badge and conference tablet.
All GMA state dinners are being coordinated by the individual GMA State Executives. Please contact your local GMA state secretary or representative for more details on your state dinner.

Golf cart bookings will be the responsibility of the individual player and will need to be booked and paid for direct with each golf venue.
